Regions PAC is governed by a Steering Committee that sets the PAC’s giving policies and reviews contribution decisions. The Committee is comprised of ten members, including a representative from each of the Corporate, Wealth, and Consumer groups, three representatives from the support groups, two representatives from Government Affairs, and two at-large members.​
