PAC Transparency
Federal law prohibits corporations like Regions from making donations directly to candidates for federal office, and some states within our footprint also don’t allow companies to make direct contributions to candidates for state office. Regions PAC funded entirely by voluntary contributions from exempt, non-hourly Regions associates. No corporate money is used to fund the PAC.
Political action committees like Regions PAC are highly regulated and transparent and all of our receipts and disbursements are made publicly available per law on the Federal Election Commission website, FEC.gov and you can see the last five years of PAC Contribution Reports in the menu above.
The maximum amount an associate can contribute to the PAC is $5,000 in a calendar year. Regions PAC is also limited to the amount we can contribute to campaigns. See the chart below for limits. Please note, Regions PAC does not contribute to national party committees or engage in independent advocacy spending.
